“I’m Back” Post
I’m Back. March Challenge Starts Now.
The last few months pulled me away from the tables.
Nothing dramatic. Just life and commitments demanding attention.
But I’m back.
March is a reset month.
The Challenge:
1,000 hands per week minimum
Live play: Wednesday and Saturday
All other volume online
Tracking everything
Playing exclusively with my ROF strategy
ROF officially launches 4/2/2026. March is the public beta. Real volume. Real adjustments. No hiding.
The goal isn’t just hands. It’s execution:
Structured sessions
Focused review
Discipline over emotion
No random deviations
I’ll be sharing results, leaks, adjustments, and lessons each week.
No excuses. No vanishing.
Let’s build.

March Challenge:
• 1,000 hands per week
• Wed + Sat live
• Rest online
• ROF strategy only
ROF drops 4/2/2026.
March = execution month.
No excuses. Volume + discipline.
Let’s work. ♠️
Suggested Playing Schedule
You want structure without burnout.
Weekly Layout
Wednesday – Live
3–4 hour session
Short post-session voice memo review
Saturday – Live
Main volume day
4–6 hour session
Online Days
Monday: 500 hands
Tuesday: 250–300 hands
Thursday: 500 hands
Sunday: 250–400 hands
You only need ~145 hands per day average to hit 1,000 per week. This is extremely manageable if you play 2 tables.
If you want to push edge and build momentum: aim for 1,200. Missing happens. Buffer matters.
Posting Frequency Strategy
You don’t want to overpost. You want consistency.
Minimum Viable Content Plan
1. Weekly Results Post (Must Have)
Hands played
BB/100
Biggest mistake
One strategic takeaway
2. One Midweek Post
Could be:
Hand breakdown
Mental game insight
ROF concept preview
Live session observation
3. Saturday Live Story
Quick photo of chips or table setup. No need to show location.
That’s 2–3 posts per week. Sustainable.
